高熵氧化物應用於鎳基超電容元件之研究

Supercapacitors are a kind of energy storage device with great development potential. Compared with other energy storage devices, they have the characteristics of fast charging and discharging speed, high power density, and long cycle life. In our study, to achieve electrodes with high mass loading, we used powder metallurgy to prepare a nickel current collector substrate with higher porosity than commercial nickel foam through compression molding. And, we further used the simple pulsed laser scanning solution method (PLMS method) to grow highentropyoxides (CoCrFeNiMn)3O4 on the porous nickel substrate. The final experimental results show that the high-entropy oxide (HEO) supercapacitor has a high specific capacitance (1937.4F/g) at a current density of 1A/g.
